Mel's Rice Patties

Ingredients

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cups cooked
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients except oil. Form into 12 patties, pressing firmly together with hands.
Fry in heated oil until brown, turning once.
