Introduction

Good for your iron, protein and and Low on fat! Good for your iron, protein and and Low on fat!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Lentils, 3/4 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole
    Chili powder, 1/2 tsp
    Spices, Cumin Powder,1/8 tsp
    Salt, 1/3 tsp

Directions

Add salt to 1 2/3 cups water and heat to boiling. Add the lentils and simmer for 30 minutes.
Do not drain!
Add everything else and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

2 servings.
