Submitted by: FIT-WHIT

Introduction

This is a quick easy meal with a LOT of flavor! Can be made for breakfast or dinner, and is fun to customize by adding your favorite veggies to the mix! Can also be made with deli ham or "real" eggs, but with higher calorie count and cholesterol. This is a quick easy meal with a LOT of flavor!
