Introduction

My first attempt for homemade lunch to bring to office, the main purpose is to get something simple and easy to do for less kitchen-competent. Open to suggestion to make this better. My first attempt for homemade lunch to bring to office, the main purpose is to get something simple and easy to do for less kitchen-competent. Open to suggestion to make this better.

Ingredients

    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
    1 large red tomato, sliced
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced

Directions

Makes 1 big serving.

1. Fried the potato cubes till a bit crispy (try avoid burn them or will taste nasty!).

2. Pour in the beaten eggs onto the potatoes, similar like cooking omelet.

3. Serve with sliced tomato and cucumber. (For me, I'll pour some chili sauce as I like chili sauce for extra flavour!)
