Breakfast Apple Pie

Introduction

This is good for breakfast or as a dessert with some sugar free ice cream. This is good for breakfast or as a dessert with some sugar free ice cream.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. 1% milk
    6 slices of whole wheat bread
    4 T. Splenda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can No sugar added apple pie filling
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Break bread into a baking dish. Top with apple pie filling. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over top of bread. Push down bread into milk mixture so that all pieces are wet. Let sit for about an hour so that the bread will absorb the milk mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
