4 ready made refrigerated pie crusts
3 pounds lean, ground beef
3 pounds red or white potatoes, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tblspn butter
Put 1 crust each into bottom of two 9" pie pans. Divide meat mixture between 2 pies. Top each with additional pie crust. Slice vent in top of each. Place 1 Tblspn butter in each vent.
Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees F.
