    *Couscous-Casbah- whole wheat 1/4 cup dry=3/4 cup cooked, 2.667 serving (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.666 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Parsley, 0.666 cup (remove)
    *Fresh: Green Onions, 25 gram (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Raisins, 25 grams (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1.666 fl oz (remove)
    black pepper to taste

Directions

cook couscous
mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill at least 2 hours
