Creamy Macaroni with Asparagus

Ingredients

    2 oz Elbow Macaroni
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1/2 clove Garlic, minced
    2 T Sun-Dried Tomatoes
    1/4 cup Onion, chopped
    1/3 cup Asparagus, 2" pieces
    1/3 cup Tomato, chopped
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
    3 T Greek Yogurt
    1 T Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Boil water and cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions.

While macaroni is cooking, heat olive oil, garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, asparagus, tomato, garlic powder and garlic salt in small skillet on medium heat. Once asparagus is cooked through, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Pour cooled veggies into serving bowl. Incorporate yogurt into veggies.

When noodles are al dente, drain water, and add noodles to yogurt and veggies. Stir to incorporate, add parmesan cheese, mix completely.
