Basic White Bread

Introduction

I got this from YouTube and it was tasty bread recipe for my new Sunbeam Breadmachine I got this from YouTube and it was tasty bread recipe for my new Sunbeam Breadmachine
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup of room temperature tap water
    1 Tbsp Pure Wesson canola oil
    3-1/2 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
    1/4 cup Domino Sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp Fleishmans Breadmachine yeast

Directions

First on a scale put your breadmachine container on a food scale and then add in this order by weight most of the ingredients.

358 g tap water
1 Tbsp oil
420 g flour
46 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fleishmans yeast

Next put the breadmaker pan in the breadmaker (mine sets ins by twisting it- I love that) Plug in the machine then lastly set it by however your settings work.

Basic=1
Size=2lbs
Crust=Dark
1-300
which is about 3 hours time
if I choose medium and the crust is too light for my taste I will wait till its done then reset to Bake cycle which is #12
when I like the color I will stop the bake cycle

I then remove the pan with a twist (Use a thick oven mitt) then let cool. Turn upside down on to a cutting board. I then cut in half and freeze one half. This makes the slices perfect size for my wide slotted toaster. I love toasted homemade bread =)
