Good Anytime of the Day or Night! Good Anytime of the Day or Night!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields

Directions

this simple little salad is so good for us!
if you prefer you can shred the carrots instead of grating them. I like it both ways.
If you don't have a real lemon...you can use the bottled lemon juice. You need 1 tbs.

Just mix the ingredients all together.
If you'd like...you could add some raisins or apple when you are ready to eat it.
