Ingredients

    2 Granny Smith apples
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 thick Pork loins (chops)

    Chop apples into small pieces. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Slice a pocket in the pork chops. Stuff the apple mixture in the pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done. Great with baked sweet potatoes!
