Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package Jello gelatin
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 can 2% evaporated milk
    2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Refrigerate until softly gelled but not firm.

With chilled large bowl and beaters beat milk and lemon juice until fluffy. Slowly add sugar. Then mix in Jello.

Pour into small dishes with fruit in the bottom. Cherry Jello and peaches work well and peaches were in the calculation. Chill still set.

Serves 6- can be stretched to 7 easily.
