Introduction

Wanted a little of everything (except for meat) in my salad...I was starving after a run...this is yummy. You can add cherry tomatoes, corn, and even red beans. It is seriously good! Wanted a little of everything (except for meat) in my salad...I was starving after a run...this is yummy. You can add cherry tomatoes, corn, and even red beans. It is seriously good!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    5 cups shredded romaine lettuce
    1/2 cucumber
    3/4 avocado (or a whole one, I was saving some for later)
    shredded carrots (3 tj's I shredded it myself)
    4 tbsp thousand island dressing (use whichever you like)
    2 servings (1/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 serving of raw sliced almonds (instead of croutons)
    1 hard boiled egg
    1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
    1/4 cups sliced purple onion


Directions

It will probably make about 3-4 servings...it was main dish so I had big bowls of it. So you might get more than I did.
