Lemon Dream Squares

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup Butter - Unsalted (melted)
    2 cups Frozen Yogurt - FF Vanilla - Eating Right brand
    1 pkg Jello Powder (lemon)
    1 3/4 cup Cool Whip 95% FF - Whipped Topping
    1 cup Graham Crumbs - HoneyMaid brand
    lemon zest to taste (1-2 tsp)
    Top with berries - use what's in season, or I use frozen berries (blueberries and raspberries)

Directions

Mix graham crumbs and melted butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 8 inch square pan. Freeze until ready to use.

Beat yogurt and dry jelly powder in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Add lemon zest and stir to mix thoroughly. Spoon over crust.

Freeze 4 hours. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve. Top with berries.

Makes 12 squares (or 9 if you want to bigger squares). maller to your own taste).
