Feta Cheese pasta

Introduction

Delicous and soooo easy to make, 15 minutes! Delicous and soooo easy to make, 15 minutes!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in halves
    1 cup of crumbled feta cheese (can use goat feta for greater taste)
    150 of canned black olives sliced
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon of olive oil
    pepper
    fresh thyme (optional)
    oregano

Directions

Put the tomatoes in the oven at 275 degrees for the time your prepare the rest of the recipe.
Put water to boil the pasta
Heat olive oil and add the garlic fro 30 seconds then add the olives, keep in the heat for at least 2 minutes (not to hot), add thyme
Cook the pasta al dente
Mix pasta with olives, cheese and tomatoes
add oregano, mix until cheese becomes soft
Add pepper
Serve
Makes 4 servings
