    2 cups mashed banana (2 large ripe)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    1 large egg
    2 cups whole grain white flour

Directions
