Spaghetti Squash Bake

Ingredients

    2 spaghetti Sqaush, cooked and noodled
    1lb of lean ground beef
    1 large onion chopped
    1 large bell pepper chopped
    1 pkg of mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
    red pepper flakes to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp of oregano
    1 tsp of basil
    1 pkg of Reduced fat 4 Cheese Itialian

Directions

Prepare Spaghetti squash by cutting in half, placing in baking dish with water and bake for 1 hour at 350. Allow to cool and then scrape with a fork to get your noodles. Cook beef, onions, and peppers togeather. When mostly done, add mushrooms and simmer. Add tomatoes and continue to simmer. Stir in Spaghetti squash. Put in baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 350. Let Stand 5 minutes and enjoy!
