I save the bone from my butt or shoulder roasts and freeze to use later in crock pot with soups.
*Swanson Chicken Broth, 15 oz (remove)
*Field Peas With Snaps, 3 oz., 11 serving
8 cups water
salt,pepper,garlic powder, red pepper flakes/optional, minced onion
all to taste.
I used frozen bag of field peas with snaps/ 32 oz bag.
Dump all into crockpot, cover, cook on low 8-10 hours.
Great served with my no sugar added cornbread.
