LOW Carb Cheesy Bread

Introduction

cream cheese, 6 oz
eggs, 3
salt, dash
olive oil, 1.5 tbsp
soy flour, 1.2 cup
Mrs. Dash, 2 tsp (any flavor you like)
Parmesan cheese, grated, 2 TBSP
Cheddar cheese, grated, 1.3 cup
cream cheese, 6 oz

Cheddar cheese, grated, 1.3 cup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    cream cheese and eggs, add olive oil, salt and seasonings. Mix. Mix in other cheeses and flour.
    Spoon into a 8 x8 pan...

Directions

Bake in prepared pan 35 -4- minutes at 350 degrees, Cool, slice in quarters. Cool more out of pan and slice horizontally for 8 pieces... each piece is one serving. 2-3 carbs depending on if you count net or total carbs.
