    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1.5 pepper (remove)
    Corn Starch, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Zucchini, 408 grams (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 372 grams (remove)
    Shallots, 45 grams (remove)
    Celery, raw, 125 grams (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 126 grams (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 272 grams (remove)
    *Sweet potato, Raw, Unprepared, 495 gram(s) (remove)
    1large can no salt tomatoes

Directions

brown chicken cubes in skillet add to crock pot with everything except cornstarch. cook on low for 8-9hrs. remove liquid and stir in cornstarch and whisk and simmer until thickened. serve hot with some whole grain bread
