Tofu & Vegetable Stir Fry

Introduction

Stir fry made with mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, portabella mushrooms and tofu) and Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce Stir fry made with mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, portabella mushrooms and tofu) and Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    12 oz bag Stir Fry Vegetables (Broccoli, Snow Peas, Carrots)
    12 oz bag Broccoli & Cauliflower
    3 oz Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
    1 block Firm Tofu, drained
    Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce (by Soy Vey)
    1 TBL sesame oil, divided

Directions

Heat 1/2 TBL sesame oil in wok or large skillet. Add all vegetables and stir fry until crisp but cooked. At the same time, heat 1/2 TBL sesame oil in another skillet and stir fry tofu until browned. Once both are ready, add 2 TBL teriyaki sauce to each pan and stir around. Serve vegetables and tofu over brown rice or grain of choice.
