Introduction

delicious way at add fiber to your diet delicious way at add fiber to your diet
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    100% natural oat bran 2.5 cups
    baking powder 2 tsp
    2 egg whites
    skim milk 3/4 cup
    honey (or maple syrup) 1/2 cup
    vegetable oil 2 tblsp

    optional additions
    salt 1/2 tsp
    raisins 1/4 cup

Directions

pre heat oven to 425.
grease 12 muffin cups
mix dry ingredients
blend liquid ingredients (not eggs)
add eggs to liquid mix
add liquid mis to dry, stirring until moistened.

fill muffin tins
bake 10-12 minutes until golden
