Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
    1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach (Thawed)
    1/8 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
    2 Strips Turkey Bacon (Crumbled)
    1/8 Cup Chopped Tomato
    1 Slice Fat Free American

Directions

Cook Bacon in Microwave first. Crumble Bacon in Bowl and add other ingredients. Whisk ingredients. Pour into sprayed pan... cook and serve.
