Kathy's Delicious Crock pot Chicken

Introduction

I used a whole chicken, just couldn't find the indivdual pcs in here. I used a whole chicken, just couldn't find the indivdual pcs in here.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 (3 pound) whole chicken, skin removed
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    2 tablespoons minced garlic

Directions

Mix everything but the chicken together.

Remove innards, skin & rinse the chicken, pat dry. Place in Crockpot (I use crumpled aluminum foil balls to keep the chicken off the bottom of the pot.)

Pour sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
