5 chicken drumsticks, bone-in, skin on, apx 550 g 4 c vegetable stock 4 c low-sodium, fat-free chicken stock 1 c dry lentils 1 onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp chicken bouillon 1-1/2 tsp paprika 1 T rosemary, dried 1 T thyme, dried 2 bay leaves 1 T oregano 1 T basil
Place all ingredients in crockpot and set on high for 6 to 8 hours until chicken falls off the bone. Remove bones and skin and pull chicken apart into bite-sized pieces. Cook for another 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves.
