Rachel's Beer Bread

Ingredients

    One bottle of beer (i used Harpoon Octoberfest)
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup bread flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp kosher salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 small loaf pans, bake for about 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan and 10 out. Slice each small loaf into 12 slices.
