Introduction

Small variation on TXCYNDI's recipe. Small variation on TXCYNDI's recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb Jennie-O Lean Turkey
    1 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
    2/3 cup Great Value finely shredded Reduced Fat cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup of Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Cook turkey, onion, and garlic together in a pan.
While cooking turkey mixture, make the dough by mixing the Bisquick and water (mix in water slowly so you can use more or less).
Roll dough out to the size of your pan (9x13, 9x9, or a pie pan).
Add the worcestershire sauce to turkey.
In a seperate bowl mix the cottage cheese and egg together.
Spray your pan with nonsick spray and add turkey, followed by the cottage cheese,dough, and top with cheese.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Makes 6 servings (or 8 as the origional recipe says, but we just like eating a lot at our house;nutritionals are for 6)
