20 ozs. cubed butternut squash
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of agave nectar
3/4 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
toss squash in oil
bake in jelly roll pan for 10 mins until cooked.
toss with remaining ingredients.
**original recipe adds raisins but didn't want the extra sweetness.**
