Vegetarian Chik'n Scampi

Ingredients

    *Chik'n tenders, meatless and soy-free, Quorn, 12 oz bag
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    America's Choice Reduce Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 10.5 oz can
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    2 cloves Minced Garlic

Directions

Heat butter in skillet. Add Quorn chik'n tenders and cook 5-7 minutes.

Add soup, water, lemon juice, and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. or until done.

Serve with pasta.

Makes 4 servings.
