Mama's Vegetable Soup

Submitted by: MISSPRISS1016

Introduction

This is great for those following a low fat, low calorie, and/or diabetic diet. I actually used a poblano pepper instead of chili peppers, but could not find poblano peppers in the database of foods. You can add just about any vegetable to this soup, but I would stay away from potatos, corn or starches if you are following a diabetic diet and watching carbs as wel!
