Ingredients

    1/2 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 tsp Creamy Peanut Butter
    1 cup Cascadian Farms Strawberries - Frozen
    2 tsp Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla or plain)
    6 ice cubes (more for increased volume)

Directions

Include all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 16 fl oz.
