2 Slices of Rasin Bread, any variety.
1 Large, Egg fresh.
1 Tbsp. Regular Low Fat Soy Milk.
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract.
Heat a Non-Stick Pan unti a drop of water, sizzles away. Spray with PAM or small amount of Olive Oil or Butter to brown each slice placed into the pan. Cook until any oozed liguid has solidified, or tip side to see desired brown-ness. Flip with a Spatula and cook until done to desired brown-ness again. Place into a warmed oven until served or serve immediately with fruit or flavored syrup on top..
