    1 lb lean ground turkey
    .25 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to to taste

Directions

mix ingredients together. roll into 24 balls. Spray large skillet with cooking spray and cook on med heat, covered til brown, turning several times. Can also be baked on a baking sheet at 350 15-20 minutes til cooked through.
