Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

    1 cup medium Onion
    1 cup chopped bell pepper
    3 cup Sliced baby Bella mushrooms
    1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 can Loma Linda Little Links
    2 pounds Tofu Crumbled
    1 fajita size carb balance Flour Tortilla

Directions

Saute onion, mushrooms and pepper in Olive oil. Add Little Links and brown. Crumble in Tofu and scramble together. Wrap in Flour tortilla and serve. 1 serving is about 3/4 cup of scramble in 1 flour tortilla.
