Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground sirloin
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cups water
    1 1/4 cups diced carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    2 cups chunked potatoes
    1 teaspoon no-salt beef boullion
    2 cans Campbells Italian Basil Soup
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown meat and onion until onion is cooked, about five minutes, then drain. Add the rest of ingredients except for the soup and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Add soup and simmer ten minutes more. Serves 6.
