Introduction

Lowfat banana muffins, made with apple sauce to keep fat down and vanilla protein powder to add protein and flavor. Made with ww flour and flaxseed meal. Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 16 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .33 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo (remove)
    Body Fortress Super Advanced 100% Whey Protein-Vanilla Flavored Powder-52grams/serving, 66 gram (remove)

Directions

Mash bananas with applesauce, add vanilla, milk, and egg, mix well. Add in dry ingredients gradually keeping smooth consistency.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes. My oven is off, so go with what works in your oven.

Makes 14 muffins and packs 7 grams of protein per muffin, and still low calorie.
