Introduction

This is a recipe I've created just from looking through my pantry, freezer and spice cabinet. I would imagine this could be "personalized" in endless numbers of ways per the preferred tastes. Ingredients

    2 Grilled Chicken Breast fillets

1 lb of Frozen Broccoli Florets

8 oz or 2 cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables - Stir Fry Veggies work great as well

3 tsp Minsed Garlic or to preferable taste

2 cups of Pre-cooked Whole Grain Pasta of choice - spiral, elbow, ribbon, etc.

2 tbsp of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

    1 tbsp of Lemon Juice

4 tsp of Weber's Grill Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning

Directions

Prepare Whole Grain Pasta according to directions or preference as I prefer pasta to be el dente. Drain. While preparing the pasta, I cook the Broccoli florets in a small sauce pan with at least 1 tsp of Weber's Grill Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning and the Mixed Veggies in the microwave. Once veggies are cooked from the microwave, place the two pre-frozen grilled chicken breast fillets in the microwave for 2 minutes layered between paper towels. Slice the heated chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl with the 2 tbsp of EVOO and 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice. I add a sprinkle of Garlic Salt and Pepper right before serving. Serves 6. Served with a chilled fruit salad on the side and Voila, lunch/dinner is served.
