Ingredients

    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 can(s) tuna Fish, drained
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp dried bread crumbs
    1 cup celery , diced fine
    2 Tbsp onions , diced fine
    1 garlic clove , minced
    Pam spray

Directions

Preheat cast iron pan and coat the pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients and shape into 2 patties. Fry till golden brown on each side. Makes 2 servings
