Sweet Chicken and Peppers

Introduction

My "mixing it up" version of Chicken Spareribs from Taste of Home recipes. I really like peppers! My "mixing it up" version of Chicken Spareribs from Taste of Home recipes. I really like peppers!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    7 Chicken thighs - remove skin (and bone if desired)
    1 cup apple juice
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 cup sliced green peppers
    1 cup sliced red peppers
    1 cup sliced onions
    sprinkling of garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Slice up peppers and onions and set aside.

In a casserole dish, combine apple juice and vinegar, place chicken thighs, top with peppers and onions, sprinkle with garlic powder, cover and bake until chicken is completely cooked. About 1 hour, serves 7.
