Chicken Pot Pie Low Fat

Introduction

Just as much flavor as the frozen one without all the fat!! Just as much flavor as the frozen one without all the fat!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8oz chicken breast cut into small cubes
    1 can peas and carrots
    1 cup diced potatoes
    1 cup 98% fat free condensed chicken soup
    1/2 cup jarred chicken gravy
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 chicken broth
    1 sheet of rolled pie crust ( make 8 tops and with the left over crust make into 8 peices and press into the bottom than cook in oven until buttoms are coooked than add filling)
    8 ceramic ramicans (21/2 by 31/2)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Roll out pie crust. Take one of the ramicans turn over and press into the dough making 8 tops take the remaining dough and make into 8 pieces and press into each ramican bottoms and bake until light brown put to the side. In a large sauce pan spray with butterflavered cooking spray and add the chicken cook until almost done. Now add all the other ingredients and stir together bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Place ramicans on a cookie sheet fill all 8 evenly with mixture place dough topper on each. With a sharp knife cut a X in the middle bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven let cool and Enjoy!!!
