can of chunk light tuna (in water)
avocado (diced)
green onion chopped
celery chopped
spicy mustard to taste
Tabasco to taste
cumin and paprika to taste
place on a bagel thin or any other whole grain bread
Directions
Mix ingredients (minus bread) in a bowl, spread on bagel and pack it up to go! Quick sandwich for work or school.
