Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal, cooked (can use regular or steel cut)
1/4 cup peach preserves (can use frozen peaches)
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup skim milk (can use almond milk)
1 packet sugar or artificial sweetner (calories are with sugar)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a cereal bowl and stir well. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
