Got the basic recipe from a church cookbook. replaced the oil with applesauce. Sometimes I put no nuts, sometimes I replace nuts with chocolate chips. Everyone's favorite!!! .5 cup apple sauce
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 c mushed banana
.5 c walnuts
Directions
preheat oven to 350
mix apple sauce, sugar and eggs. Add flour, and baking powder. mix in banana and nuts
bake for 1 hour.
