Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Introduction

Craving Pumpkin Pie but don't like the crust? Here we go! Craving Pumpkin Pie but don't like the crust? Here we go!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of Carnation Fat Free Condensed Milk
    1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (I used Stokely brand)
    1/2 cup egg whites (about 4 fresh egg whites)
    1 cup splenda
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients until well blended and pour into ungreased 9x9 baking pan.

Bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Cut into 6 servings and Serve!
