Ingredients

    BJ's canned chicken, 6 serving (remove)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Almonds, .10 cup, ground (remove)

Directions

dice celery and apple
combine all into a bowl and chill before serving. I serve it over a tomato, but you could enjoy it with crackers, a wrap or on a sandwich.

This makes 2 generous servings as a main entree or can be divided up into 4 portions.
