1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons Chicken Stock
4 tablespoons arrowroot or cornstarch
2 cups skim milk
2 cups water
1 cup apple, chopped
6 tablespoons no-salt added tomato paste
4 teaspoons curry powder
4 Frozen Bouillon Cubes
6 cups cooked chicken or turkey pieces
2. Place chicken pieces in crockpot. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low for four hours until thickened and bubbly.
