Introduction

This is a really great Blueberry pie that can be frozen, because my sister is diabetic, I actually make many foods without sugar, I like fruit pies because you don't miss anything without the sugar. This is a really great Blueberry pie that can be frozen, because my sister is diabetic, I actually make many foods without sugar, I like fruit pies because you don't miss anything without the sugar.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    14 ounces evaporated, nonfat, canned milk
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1tsp vanilla extract
    0.5 tsp almond extract or imitation almond extract
    10 oz frozen blueberries
    1/2 package frozen low-fat Cool Whip
    1 9inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Mix together the canned milk, extracts, lemon juice, and then stir in blueberries - to make it easier to stir, defrost the blueberries at room temperature for no more than an hour before adding to the mixture.

Stir in the Cool Whip until mixture is completely combined and then pour into the shell. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.

Serves 8 slices
