Curried Chicken Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup mayonnaise (canola)
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
    1/4 tsp hot chili oil
    10 oz. cooked roasted chicken, chopped

Directions

1. In medium bowl, stir together the mayo, curry powder, salt, pepper and chili oil.
2. Mix in the roasted chicken until well blended.
3. Refrigerate until serving
