Submitted by: KIMERZDE

Introduction

I took this from the Spice Goddes website and changed a few things. I put less ginger, took out the fenugreek seeds and replaced papaya with mandrin orange. It is very good and different which is important when your on a diet. I took this from the Spice Goddes website and changed a few things. Ingredients

    grape seed oil
    onion
    grated fresh garlic
    grated fresh ginger
    cumin
    coriander
    paprika
2 lbs chicken breast boneless and skinless
1/2 cup yogurt ( I prefer greek organic yogurt)
    1 can mandrin oranges drained
2 cups cooked rice (white or wild)

Directions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic and ginger, saute until the onion is softenend, about 4 minutes.

Add the cumin seeds, coriander, and paprika and toast for 10 seconds and then add the chicken pieces and cook until it is nearly done, about 8 minutes.

Add the yogurt and finish cooking the chicken, about 2 more minutes and then stir in the mandrin orange pieces.

Serve the chicken with cooked rice.
