Introductionsugar-free, fat-free sugar-free, fat-free
1 cup Italian rice
4 cups skim milk
2/3 cup splenda
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Cook on low for 4 hours.
When done, spoon into 1-cup serving bowls and refrigerate.
Makes six servings.
